Home Based Recession Proof Employment
I want to become a medical transcriptionist for the reason of working jobs that have problems keeping me employed when a recession hits the nation. I’ve worked at construction most of my life then I tried to get into truck driving, well the truck driving let me see my wife and kids 4 weekends last year. My kids are teen and pre-teen and if I’m not here at home, they may get into something irreversible. Driving a truck was not my forte. Dealing with people who are already stressed out because of the economy and not paying attention to the road they are driving on. I avoided 9 head on collisions from people not paying attention to the road and I don’t want my kids growing up without me. Construction was good in the days when the economy was good and not going downhill where it was when President Carter took it down to before the glory days of President Reagan who made the United States flourish and everyone was happy. Now with the crazy spending of the Politicians, I see this recession lasting another 5 years and I need a career that will keep my family out of bankruptcy court. SN:0MA9N2ESY
I have my CCNP which is Cisco certified network professional, but when I was to go out and find a descent job with my new certificate, they wanted 2 – 3 years experience to get me an interview. I never even was able to get an interview with anyone so I went back into construction and until 11/2007 when it was almost dead I went to truck driving school. I have been curious for awhile now about the average salaries for medical transcription. I looked into several medical transcriptionist schools because I would like to work from home. Another advantage of working the MT industry is that everyone gets sick and needs to go to the doctor and get care. That makes this industry a great way for me to make what I need to pay for bills and help my kids get through college doing whatever they want to in their life. I am kind of a work-a-holic but getting up at 4 am ready to go and stopping around 4 pm is just the ticket I like. I used to be able to type 70 words per minute and I know it won’t take much to get back to that pace. One great thing about medical transcription is that I can work even into my late years because I have a goal to be able to travel in my golden years and with an industry like this and not spending all my hard earned money in commuting to a dead end job all of the time, I can save up for my golden years and be happy with my decision.
Bulk REO Investment The Easy Way
There are more foreclosures in the United States right now than we have ever experienced before. But smart real estate investors are turning these ‘lemons’ into ‘lemonade’ in an incredibly profitable new way.
‘Bulk REO Investing’ is the name of the new strategy, and it’s captured the attention of many well-heeled investors.
The basis of the Bulk REO business is foreclosures, so let’s analyze the foreclosure process now.
You can’t understand Bulk REO Investments without understanding the process of foreclosure.
When a home owner begins to miss payments on their mortgage, the lender begins to send late/overdue notices to the home owner. After a certain period, the lender will then formally begin foreclosure proceedings. The name for this period is ‘preforeclosure’.
Foreclosure is completed when the defaulted property is auctioned. If there are no buyers at the foreclosure auction, the lender regains title to the property. This property is then considered to be ‘Real Estate Owned’ by the lender, also known as an ‘REO’ property.
Local real estate agents are usually used to resale REO properties at retail price to the general public. But more and more, lenders are selling their REO properties for a greatly reduced price. But the price of receiving such great pricing is the need to purchase multiple REO properties (a ‘package’) rather than individual properties.
Qualified real estate investors are increasingly finding once-in-a-lifetime opportunities in these REO packages. REO packages are easiest to buy and sell with a well regarded source of financing in place. There are many sources of funding for these transasactions including: hard money and commercial financing, as well as non conventional sources such as hedge funds and private investors. Additionally, one man is becoming very well known in the field of bulk REO investing, and his name is Salvatore Bushemi of Dandrew Capital Partners, a New-York based hedge fund.
How To Get Started With Bulk REO Investments
There are more foreclosures in the United States right now than we have ever experienced before. Yet well-funded investors in real estate are seizing upon this opening to profit from an profoundly profitable new opportunity.
That opportunity is called Bulk REO Investing, and the opportunity is huge.
Consider with me, if you will, the fundamentals of the Bulk REO business.
To understand Bulk REO investing is to understand the foreclosure process.
As a borrower becomes increasingly behind in his mortgage, the lender regularly calls and writes the borrower with default warnings and threats. The official foreclosure proceedings begin subsequently, as directed by the lender. The name for this period is ‘preforeclosure’.
Foreclosure is completed when the defaulted property is auctioned. If there are no buyers at the foreclosure auction, the lender regains title to the property. The designation of ‘REO’ (Real Estate Owned) is then attached to the foreclosed property.
Local real estate agents are usually used to resale REO properties at retail price to the general public. But more and more, lenders are selling their REO properties for a greatly reduced price. Lenders are willing to do so in exchange for the buyer’s agreement to purchase a ‘package’ of REO’s rather than a single property.
The REO investment packages available today have provided a way to profitably capitalize on the U.S. recession.
Work At Home Medical Transcriptionist
Right now I am currently in school part time in the cosmetology industry. And I have to be away from my family and I don’t like that. Now my husband lost his job so I have to start working so a full tuition scholarship program would really help me out. I love spending time with my family and I would really like to work where I love to be. I have previous experience in the medical field as a volunteer for my mom’s work. I really want to train with Future MT because I have heard a lot about it from a friend. I really would like to get training in a lot of industries at the moment to keep all my options open. I have a three year old, who is a terror like any other three year old and attention hungry, and a three month old, who is just such a beautiful baby who is growing every day and I really don’t want to miss anything in either of their lives by working out side of my home. They both really need their mom to be at home. SN:0MA9N2ESY
As my husband goes out to find another job, I have to look for work from home jobs on the internet. I just really think that this would be a perfect job. And I know a lot of people say that as soon as I’m finished with cosmetology school I’m not going to do this anymore but the truth is I really enjoy the medical field. I really want to achieve my goals in getting as much training and education in as many field that i can and that interest me. As far as my goals in the MT field I want for right now just to get the education I need for it. Then I want to be a work at home medical transcriptionist for a year or two or maybe even three. After I have enough experience in the industry I want to slowly open my own MT business. And this is my first step in reaching these goals. My career in cosmetology and my career in the MT field both allow me to work out of my home. It is very important for kids to have their mother in the home. I really love spending time with my family and I really love working and making money. I am a really hard worker and I will work and work to achieve my goals and that is what I am going to do. With two kids it’s hard to leave them at home or in some day care and I want to be the one to teach them things not some stranger in a day care. I always hate leaving them when I go to school so I really don’t want to work a full time job outside my home.
At Home MT Work
Many answers enter my mind when asked the question why I want to become a medical transcriptionist. First and foremost would have to be my family. I have a husband and three wonderful children who are all under the age of 7. I would enjoy more free time to enjoy my kids while they are still young. Just the other day I heard another mother say “I can’t believe that I have already spent half my time with my daughter that I’m going to get”. Not knowing exactly what the woman meant I asked her “what do you mean by that”? She replied by saying “my daughter is nine and I have had her for half the time she will live with me.” That really hit me deep to think that my twin daughters are six years old and like that mother, me and my husband have almost spend half our time with them. Where the time has went and what have we as a family done? Then I thought what if I had more time to give. But how? Then the answer came to me, why not look into medical transcription work at home. I am and have for the past eight years worked as a physical therapist assistant (PTA)and have a good background for the medical jargon, MT should be a easy transition for me.
Like I just stated earlier, I am currently a PTA and love what I do, however I have noticed that in the last few months that I am getting stuck in a downward spiral at work, and may need a change of environment. Then the big question hits, what, where, and how. We are not financially stable enough for me to quit and return back to school or when would I find the time. About a year ago, I tried to return to school and become a earlier education teacher online, but that was about impossible with a full time PTA and mother of three, I never had enough time for hitting the books. The most appealing thing about getting a MT certified is the fact I can learn at my pace, no deadlines. What is more perfect for a working mother?
At home medical transcription jobs would give me the opportunity to have a flexible schedule and continue to hold a job as a PTA and give me the chance to only work as a PTA at a PRN basis and give me that well deserved break I am looking for and need.
Where do I see my self as a MT? Hum, good question. I see my career as a MT to start of gradual then grow into something much more. Hopefully given my family the relief from stress of the everyday struggles of the same old thing each day for the last eight years. First step would be to obtain a certificate, get a job and hopefully build a new career. One of the first steps after I start on receiving my certificate would be to help others along my path to freedom. SN:0MA9N2ESY
In closing, I have chose becoming a MT for the following reason, more time with family, closely related to current job and flexibility of schedule. Plus the ability to learn at my own pace.
Partnership Agreement Business Structure
The company partnership contract is put in place amongst two or more individuals, detailing the conditions of their relationship. The partnership agreement forms formulates the company as well as establishes the policies for a partner’s relationship. The contract should be explicit regarding the nature of the association and the different functions.
There are different kinds of business alliance agreements in existence. The varying types would be general partnerships in addition to limited alliances.
The general partnership offers two partners or more sharing in a company’s liability. It extends to not only the general partner’s business portions but also their individual assets.
A limited alliance is different because it restricts the liability of the limited partner to his/her portion. A general partner whom would be responsible regarding any unfulfilled liabilities which may arise handles limited partnerships.
The more current legal form is a limited liability alliance that permits a general partner to decrease his/her liability.
The business partner contract will have guidelines for a name, time, and company purpose of the alliance. It also spells out the total contribution to be gained by the particular members. Finally, preparations need to be arranged for the transfer of alliance stake and termination as a result of death or disability of the member.
A transfer of ownership agreement would be an arrangement that allows a purchase of the partner’s portions from his/her heirs. This is utilized in a manner to continue a business in the event of demise, disablement, or divorce. A buy-sell agreement specifies monies utilized to purchase the quitting partner’s stake and spreads the shares among the continuing partners.
Partnership contracts should meet the policies of any state in which a partnership is formed, including file DBA if called for. A number of resources provide information in reference to required language which needs to be written within the contract. A capable legal professional can help with drafting a business alliance contract. There are Internet sources and services available which give a hand in the drafting of contracts that are most likely invaluable.
A Creative Way to Invest in my Family’s Future
A friend of the family runs her own Medical Transcriptionist business. She started out as a Transcriptionist herself and it led her to owning and operating her own business with her own employees. She works hard at what she does and is rewarded. The best thing is that she is able to do medical transcription at home. Her two children are never far from their mother.
In the past I’ve never really considered medical transcriptionist work at home as employment to be truthful. However, the more I hear about the job, the more I believe it may be a really advantageous and enjoyable career choice for me. As a mother of three children, I think working from home would be the most beneficial for my family, especially for my newborn son. I’d be able to care for my children as well as earn extra money to start saving for the future. That future keeps sneaking up on us daily. My two daughters are nine and twelve years old. They are rapidly becoming teenagers and thereby becoming more and more expensive to feed and clothe. I’ve also become startlingly aware that, before I know it, they will take the SAT and begin to fill out college applications. The problem is that even if they both receive excellent scholarships, their expenses will increase exponentially with books, fees, school supplies and rooming costs. How will my husband and I be able to afford all that? Perhaps a career in Medical Transcription can help.
What really appeals to me about the Medical Transcriptionist career is the flexibility of work schedule. My family is very important to me. Ideally, I would be able to stay at home to breastfeed my son and watch him grow while still earning steady money. My husband is a self-employed carpenter, but occasionally work is slow or the weather doesn’t allow for him to be outside working. Roofing in a thunderstorm is foolhardy, to say the least. And, unfortunately, his paycheck reflects the whims of the weather quite often. When it does, we scrape by, spending a little less on groceries or paying a bill late. If ever any physical injury happens to my husband on the job, we are also without a means of support. With my working from home, we could save extra for our children’s college expenses as well as supplement our income in such lean times. SN:0MA9N2ESY
I graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Creative Writing in 1995. Since then, I’ve gotten married and become a mother. Training online to become a Medical Transcriptionist would give me the advantage of staying close to my children while rediscovering the joys of writing. I hope that within a year of taking the MT courses I will become employed in the field. In the next five years, I hope that I’ve found it to be a lucrative and enjoyable career, giving my family a much-needed supplemental income. Taking the MT courses will be an investment in not only my future, but also the futures of my three children.
Medical Transcription At Home
I have been in the legal field for over fifteen years and some of the agencies I worked for included the medical malpractice field which involved transcribing documents with medical terminology. In view of the fact that I have some medical terminology, albeit limited, and the legal opportunities in my area are decreasing, I believe this would be a great opportunity to expand my medical terminology/transcription skills. My position/assignment as a legal assistant has been completed and I am now unemployed and feel this would be an ideal time to further my education. Additionally, having the legal background, I feel this would assist in the awareness of the legal standards and requirements that may apply to health records. In addition, other reasons to become a work at home medical transcriptionist include excellent pay, avoiding long commutes thereby reducing the waste of money and time, having job security in a growing market, rewarding/interesting work and a comfortable work environment.
Some of the advantages of working in the medical terminology field would be that once you gain experience from working in hospitals, physicians offices, clinics, and/or public health agencies, you eventually may be able to take advantage of working from home with the flexibility of establishing your own schedule and clientele. Having the ability to do medical transcription at home would also mean less sacrifice of family time as well as save on day care costs. Other advantages would be the opportunity to further my education, become skilled in a new area and add to my resume as well as begin a new career at this stage in my life. Also, having worked with many attorneys over the years, I would welcome the opportunity to meet with a different area of professionals being the medical field including, but not limited to, physicians, nurses, psychologists, surgeons, etc. SN:0MA9N2ESY
One of the reasons I would be interested in training with an online school are the many resources they provide including, but not limited to, answering questions online, quality education with results, possible financial aid, money back guarantee and possible job placement upon course completion, Some of the benefits that a Future MT course could/would offer is the option of taking classes online and, as a result, may assist in finding a job/career placement/opportunity online as well. Also, the opportunity to be provided continuous resume distribution, employer lists and many other job resources.
Some of the educational or career goals that I would like to achieve would be to receive a degree and/or course completion certificate, become a successful, highly skilled transcriptionist, and possibly in the next five to ten years, establish my own home business. In addition, I would like to perfect my hands-on transcription skills, editing and proofreading skills and believe transcribing is an excellent way to do this. Other educational goals would be to become knowledgeable in Pathology, Anatomy and Physiology. In the next few years, a properly formatted, edited, and reviewed medical transcription document would be my goal. I would welcome the challenge to keeping patient files up-to-date and complete and believe this would assist in patient conditions being accurately reported.
An MT at heart
Speaking with my mother about getting a online typing job, I decided upon becoming a medical transcriptionist. The idea had crossed my mind before, but hearing her speak of all the benefits of the job and the tremendous help you are capable of doing for others really impacted my thoughts on it. I began researching different reports on the internet to better my understanding of the job. Though, strenuous it may be when doing for a long period of time, it is definitely a great public service and really helps the doctors catch a little bit of a break between all the activities they are involved in during their packed work weeks! Becoming a part of the medical field has always been my main dream. My mother, who inspired me to, not only reach for, but to achieve my goals, had a tough life. Without a stable environment to grow up in, she married at a young age and did not complete college and never got a degree in any type of specific field. I have witnessed her struggles through raising my two brothers and myself and going through an ugly (to put it into light terms) divorce. She had to take the rough route and get minimum paying jobs to support our broken family. SN:0MA9N2ESY
My father changed his course in life at the time of their divorce and started a ‘new’ family-leaving my mother and us children to survive on our own. With me being 13-years-old and my brother being just 14, we could not go to work yet to help her pay the bills. We lost our house, our family, our hometown, and all the friends we made through our lives in the town we grew up in while my parents were still together. Seeing is believing. I am a strong believer in working for a living and not having to struggle to just ‘get by’. As I sit here writing this, my mother is still in a bad position in life with my younger brother, now from a new marriage, and her husband who is out of a job. When my parents divorced, my mother, my brother and I had moved to Biloxi, Mississippi to live with relatives until we were able to get an apartment. I am sure you all have heard of the impact Hurricane Katrina had on the lives of those affected. We were there. We lost everything we had ever owned on top of everything else that we had already lost in our lives. This just goes to show that you never know when you are going to have to just pick up and start over. Whether it is family or nature, there is always a way to get off track. With a jobs typing work home, I believe I would be able to always have a plan. The job outline allows for working from home and still making a good living. The comfort of having a steady job that you can always count on would be awesome.
I am currently interested in work at home medical transcription jobs due to the fact that I am trying to get into a nursing program. I am a single mother of five small children. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in General Family and Consumer Sciences. I started my college career in nursing some ten years ago. Due to the demand and deciding to take a break from college to take care of my son, I dropped out of the Nursing program. After taking a year break from college I decided to return. I regrettably did not return to the nursing program. I instead completed the course in child, family, and social service. I was employed in the field for 14 months when at 5 months pregnant with my last child I was surprisingly let go from the company. Due to the current economic crisis, I have not been able to find gainful employment. I have regretted not getting a nursing degree, and have decided that it is time to go back. I want to be able to have a fulfilling life and be able to support my children. I have made the commitment to acquire an Associate degree in Nursing, which will allow me to register to take the Registered Nursing exam upon completion. Completing this program and becoming a Registered Nurse will be a great accomplishment for me. I will have fulfilled a lifelong goal and I will also be able to support my children. I have been looking for some way to support my children while attending school again. I do not have many options available to me due to the demands of the college curriculum. SN:0MA9N2ESY
I have recently developed interest in medical transcription at home. I believe that with a MT certificate I could be allowed the freedom of working from home. I would also be able to provide for my five children while fulfilling my dream of becoming a nurse. I feel that with a MT certificate and working in the MT field I will be able to spend more time with my children. I only have one chance to see my children grow up, and if I spend all my time working shift work and many long hours in an office, I will more than likely miss the most important years of their lives. Working in as a MT will also give me some stability and a steady income that would also allow me to find a place of my own to live. Having a steady income with a career in the MT field would allow me to get out of the current debt situation I am in, and allow me and my fiancé to finally be married and have the wedding we deserve. When the economy slows or if there is extra expenses, I would be able to continue my work as a MT to allow me with some financial help. I could also have the MT certificate in the event that my nursing career does not work out, or I need to leave the nursing profession for some reason. In the next few years, I hope that I have accomplished my goal of being able to support my family and acquire a nursing degree. I believe that with a MT certificate I can make those dreams a reality. I have really been encouraged by my children to reach my goals.
