Advice on auto repair and smog checks

One thing you are responsible to do is maintain your car when you own one.If you choose to not maintain your car regularly you will end up having expensive auto repairs for your car.If you really make it a habit of not paying attention to it, you will probably fail a smog check. Another thing I try to make clear is that they need to have their oil changed regularly.  Failing to do that is sometimes the root cause of why my clients fail in my smog test San Diego service shop.But if they are diligent in making sure to do this one thing, their car will be in better shape.On top of that, when you have an engine that is well oiled, it lasts longer.

Finally an often overlooked part of the car are the brakes.This is an overlooked part of the car even thought it is used so much everyday.  Whenever a customer of mine brings in a car to my San Diego brake shop it is sometimes one of the most expensive repairs.So I make it a point that they understand what needs to be done to take better care of it.Doing certain simple steps like making sure the fluids are at good levels.
